Customers living in regions severely impacted by the COVID-19 may experience delays since we are operating to and within impacted areas as local conditions and restrictions allow.
We are adhering to all regulations and guidelines from government authorities related to containment of the virus. These work and travel restrictions may affect shipments to and from impacted areas, as well as shipments moving within those areas. We have adjusted delivery commitments for certain impacted areas.
In regards to shipping, we are still offering free worldwide shipping to nearly all countries, however there will be delays. Our usual delivery time is 5-15 business days, however please allow up to 60 business days for delivery. We appreciate your patience during this time.

Please note that orders might get delayed for the following reasons beyond our control:
-The vessel changed the routing and will make additional stops due to bad weather conditions.
-Pirates hijacked the vessel
-The vessel broke
-Your container was loaded at the wrong destination by accident
If the product is by chance got lost in transit and still not received after eight weeks, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost.

INABILITY TO DELIVER
If the courier service provider is unable to deliver your order at the delivery address you indicated for any reason, we will attempt to re-deliver your order on another date, one more time.
If after the attempt to re-deliver fails, you or the person you have named and authorized, or in the absence of any such authorized person, to any adult, still fail or is unable to receive your order, or in any case where the order could not be delivered for any reason our rules and policies to refund applies.
Delivery Countries Limits: Because of international shipping method ability limits, some of the shipping countries is pretty hard to be delivered.

We will wait at least 12 hours after you placed an order before processing it, this allows you to make any modifications. Our warehouse does not operate during weekends, orders placed on weekends will be processed the next business day. Please be informed that our In-house agent only accept changes 6 hours after order.
Your Tracking Number will be emailed to you once the order is shipped out. This usually take 5-7 business days. In most cases, the tracking numbers are active instantly. However, in some cases, tracking might take an additional 3-5 business days to show the correct location of your package. OTHER EVENTS BEYOND OUR CONTROL
We will not be liable for any non-compliance or delay in compliance with any of the obligations we assume in the use of this website or arising from a Contract when caused by events that are beyond our reasonable control ("Force Majeure").
Force Majeure shall include any act, event, failure to exercise, omission or accident that is beyond our reasonable control, including, among others, the following:
i. Strike, lockout or other forms of protest.
ii. Civil unrest, revolt, invasion, terrorist attack or terrorist threat, war (declared or not) or threat or preparation for war.
iii. Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, collapse, epidemic or any other natural disaster.
iv. Inability to use trains, ships, aircraft, motorized transport or other means of transport, public or private.
v. Inability to use public or private telecommunication systems.
vi. Acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government or public authority.
vii. Strike, failure or accident in maritime or river transport, postal transport or any other type of transport.
It shall be understood that our obligations deriving from the use of this website or arising from any Contract are suspended during the period in which Force Majeure remains in effect and we will be given an extension of the period in which to fulfil these obligations by an amount of time equal to the time that the situation of Force Majeure lasted.
We will provide all reasonable resources to end the situation of Force Majeure or to find a solution that enables us to fulfil our obligations by virtue of the Contract despite the situation of Force Majeure.
