This is to ensure sanitation safety for all customers or adhere to the manufacturer’s return policy. If there is a problem with your order or you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days prior to arrival, we will credit refund on your account or an exchange for another item of the same price.


Please note: Shortage, discrepancy or damage in a shipment must be reported within 2 business daysafter receiving your order. Please do not discard any boxes or wrapping supplies until the issue is resolved.

To ensure full credit, please keep in mind these important points when returning an item:

It is the customer’s responsibility to properly pack, ship and ensure the contents of all returned packages using a traceable shipping method.

All returns must be authorized to be returned. To obtain a Return Authorization Number. Please email support@vincerewears.com for more information.


We will refuse and reject all returned packages if there is no Return Authorization Number marked outside of the box.


Product(s) should be:

Returned within 7 days from shipping date, in good condition, in original packaging with all printed materials, and Received in sellable condition.


Shipping charges are refunded only when the wrong product was shipped or product was defective upon arrival.


Write the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the box and on a copy of the original packing slip which should be packed inside the box.


All returns will be inspected and must be 100% complete. All free items included with a specific product purchase must be returned as well to receive credit.


When buy in case, but return less than case quantity, the refund price will be calculated using next higher price level.


It is the customer’s responsibility to make claims with the carrier for any proof of delivery or damage to shipment returned to Vincere Wears.


All authorized returned items are subject to 25% restocking fee.


*No returns can be made on clearance sale items and special discount or custom orders; these are considered final sales.


Credit will always be issued to the same credit card to which they were charged.


We will issue a refund within 30 business days of receiving and processing your return. It should appear on your statement within two billing periods, depending on your billing cycle.


Restocking Fee Policy


All items are subject to a 25% restocking fee on all returnable items within the 30 days of the purchasing date depending on their condition when returned. 

If you placed an order and received free shipping but returned an item and you no longer qualify for the free shipping, you, the buyer, are responsible for paying the original cost of shipping and the return shipping cost.

Refund Policy



We offer our customers a refund for eligible items, but unfortunately, it does not cover the shipping and other tax fees for the previously and newly purchased items that you wish to return or exchange. Refunds may only apply after your request for refund is approved.


ALL CANCELLATION & REFUND REQUEST ARE ACCEPTED WITHIN 12 HOURS AFTER TRANSACTION HAS BEEN MADE, UNLESS OTHERWISE YOUR ORDER IS OUT OF STOCK. 


Order purchased with a discount code or under effect of a clearance sale or sales event are strictly not eligible for a refund. These are considered finale sales.


If Defective or Damaged immediately inform us within 2 business days, we could only offer you a one-time replacement either the same item or different item at the same cost. (Defective Items are under verification, please email support@vincerewears.com)


Order purchased without a discount code or not under any effect of clearance sale or any event discount for defective and damaged products are eligible for refund but subject for verification.

Delayed Delivery concerns are not accepted for refunds but can be replaced one time by re-delivery of the purchased item after a clearing period of eight weeks starting from the date it was ordered at no additional cost.


Inability to re-deliver at 1st attempt, subject to 75% Refund. (Note: Please make sure to place your real address, fraudulent address may mark item as undeliverable. It’s the customers responsibility to place their correct receiving address for delivery. Also please review our shipping country limits.)


Refunds and returns are only issued in the event of a manufacturing fault or damaged upon arrival as per consumer law but are still subject for approval.


-Order cancellation request should be within 12 hours after you 
order.

-Orders that are not delivered more than 60 business days after purchase will be eligible for a refund.

-Not following federal consumers law may void your credit card/debit card usage and affect your credit/debit score.
